This document is a binding integral part of the contract for our customers as well as for the RapidShare AG. RapidShare AG is bound to keep
this integral part of the contract legally effective regarding all upload and download activities of all customers. Exceptions are applicable only if
explicitly mentioned in this document.
With every upload the following data is stored in addition to the actual file:
MD5 checksum of the uploaded file
IP address of the computer from which the upload is started
time of the upload
to which account the file is supposed to be attached.
